I had good training for half marathon. It’s a good journey. I have just followed one mantra since the start of the season by KRK “just go with the flow”, “be present and rest of things will fall in place” that’s what I have done. My goal pace was 6 I think and I have hit average that pace and finish my half marathon time at 2.06.01 I have planned this marathon from 2 months back in my head, imagine moments of how I will run. then from last week planned all logistics and finally arrived morning at 3:55 at the start point lane.
