Running 10K Bangalore Challenge Report

My run was good this is my 3rd 10k run after Auroville and TCS Bangalore. My timing improved from 75mins to 67mins to 61.31mins now.   Usually, I have made a failure report this time its something else I need to write success or good thing report.   Great Success because I never imagine that I can complete 10K. Because I have tried a couple of times to run long. The first time when I tried log-run, I was completely exhausted and getting run-after pain. 2nd time, I got super knee pain. Both the time I stopped. So, eventually I stopped the thought of running long distances.   Finding Runners High running group is bliss because I was surfing the internet and just came across this group wanted to apply but the application date was over so I waited and tried next season and got confirmation. Discipline

Discipline is the suppression of base desires and is usually understood to be synonymous with restraint and control. Self-discipline is, to some extent, a substitute for motivation. Virtuous behaviour can be described as when one’s values are aligned with one’s aims: to do what one knows is best to do and to do it gladly. Discipline is the most important thing we can develop in our lives because, without that ability of self-reliance and willfulness to get things done on a continual basis, we never get a great deal of momentum and progress. Think about an action, goal, or dream. Emotionally engage with that action, goal, or dream each morning of life, i.e., motivation. Visualise dream. Do your work before responding to the world. Do your work first thing in the morning. Schedule blocks of time for doing the same thing every day. Set that block only for that action. Don’t let time give way to randomness.
