Hyderabad Half Marathon 25th August 2019

Last Race:  Chennai Skechers marathon 2019   The train journey to Hyderabad Got a train from Yeswantpur at 11:40pm at night. The train came on the platform before 40 mins. We got the seat and ready for deep sleep. Got up fresh, super imagination and positive views from the train was superb lust green, the weather was a pleasant and cool breeze from train time is around 9:00am very positive sign in terms of whether we were 80km to reach Hyderabad. We reach the destination station by walking to the metro station. Got the BIB with free shuttle   For about 2.4km walk got a metro station Malakpet to hi-tech city. I was very impressed by the city greenery from the metro train. There was a free shuttle to the BIB collection point.   We met some running buddies at the BIB center and also got bibs. Last Race:  Hyderabad Half Marathon 25th August 2019 Airport Journey   Thursday, I started early morning around 2:30am for the airport to Mumbai. I reach the airport at 4:30am. Unfortunately, My loafers were slippery on the AirPort floor and I fell on my bump and hand so, I got hurt on my hand. I put an ointment & crepe band thanks to AirAsia. Wrist on continuously hurting So, I avoid using this hand for luggage. Practice Run   I had imagined Worli to Nariman point in my head. A hand was hurting so, I felt not to run. Friday early morning I put ointment, had a banana, took a water bottle and started running slowly Somehow I manage to run-walk-crawl till Nariman point. It's almost 8KM it felt so satisfying/grace to sitting at Nariman point. But going back to work was a task I was feeling weak.
