Let's try to my change Nature towards Home Food

Home Food vs Outside Food  Outside food is much to our liking because we like it when we have options. We daydream about outside food. It's not only unhealthy food like street food that we incline towards; the inclination is towards healthy food as well. Let me draught a healthy food (we think) that is from outside, like protein powder, milk power brands like Bournvita, complain, boast, etc., oats, muesli, and many more. Outside of healthy food, we think it helps us because it was marketed like that. Big muscles, flashy models, some charts, and some numbers with protein content make us believe it's healthy and will work with my body, and I will soon become the marketed body shape. What thoughts do we get when we have home food? We don't incline towards it. There is no motivation for home cooking. We feel it's like a burden, like homework, which is given to us compulsively. We don't get good-tasting food at home. We instinctively find fault with home-cooked food. W...

Mumbai Marathon 2020 Nostalgia

Mumbai Marathon 2020 was my first marathon, and I completed the run in good time and headstrong. Being my first marathon, I was very excited. I did a lot of preparation, like 2 years, just when I thought I could do a marathon, and from then on, I slept every night with this dream of doing a marathon one day. Well, this was a very special D-day, seeing things that I had imagined for quite a long time and giving daily sweat to achieve them one day. A marathon is very special because, while preparing for it, the process brings a man out of you. You become something more; you get so much support from the different directions that you can't articulate in your thoughts. Just when I go back in retrospect, I feel the grace and magic of the support. The process of marathon practise changes you from mind-level, body-level, and social-level, you have been upgraded to a new level.   Marathon night was special, but D-day was quite normal, starting with doing stretches and looking out fo...

Can this bold task of not giving bribe, Will build Incredible Nation!

I think giving a bribe will save some time for a task. Let's say this task is going to take X amount of time because it's a tedious, long, maybe difficult process, Just skip steps. Bribe cut the time in half. So, is it a good thing to give a bribe? Let's see  Now,  I think someone takes bribes because they have more wealth, power, etc. for selfish reasons. So, the person who is taking the bribe feels richer, wealthy, etc. So, taking a bribe is also good? Let's see.  Let me start by quoting an example. If a natural process like childbirth takes nine months, if you get a chance to prepend it by giving a bribe, It might be good for everyone. Benefits such as less pain and less time are taken into account, but can we imagine what will happen to the baby? The baby will not be alive or healthy or will have lifetime consequences of some kind. So, nature has not given you the option to cut the processing time, and because of that, we are healthy. Similarly, bribery is like a l...

I think Who am I?

I consist of my body and mind. But I am not body and mind. Body and mind are accessories like my car, house, etc. But it's not me. I am simple. When I sit, I get to know that I am not what I think I am or what my body is. It's different, which can't be expressed in words but can be experienced in realisation. Like taste, light, etc., which is real, there are words given to it, but realisation of what it is happens only when we experience it. What is the use of this realisation? Realising who I am gives me the power to control and use my faculties, like my body and mind, efficiently. I will be intelligent, joyful in my work, and blissfully present in each moment of the life process. How can I realise it? I got a realisation for the first time in my life, unconsciously, when I was doing my 42-kilometre run at around 38 km. My mind and body suddenly gave up completely on continuing anymore. But, still, I completed 42 km. There was me, who was trained by my coach, friend, and f...

How can I achieve my Goals?

The goal is not a destination; instead, the goal is a direction. Which has to be accepted wholeheartedly. Loving your goals is important for a good life. Suppose you have some goal or some idea of the goal. Then we can define this framework mentioned below to make the goal happen in your life: The framework has simple steps given below: 1. Let's just pen down your goal on paper. 2. You will start getting some ideas from someone or from your own experience about what should be done. This is one step I need to be cautious of because ideas will come, but only ideas will solve problems or move you in the direction of the goal. Infinite or more time spent here will be a waste of your time, so let's take this idea or some process and go to the next step  3. Take an idea or process Write the process into simple steps that are doable by you, and it should be done at a good time that is also suitable for you. 4. Get the simplest task that is as simple as possible, then the following tas...
